Description: PB-AZ series has been specifically manufactured to check small and thin components that are directly placed on the work-stage. Widely used for plastic, sheet metal parts, electronic and rubber specimens, these Vertical Profile Projector are a preferred choice in the Indian market.

Features: Vertical illumination system. Cooling fan provided to avoid overheating. Lens magnification range from 10x,20x, 25x,50x,100x. Useful for checking parts between center. Heavy parts can be placed on work-stage easily. Erect unreversed image, movement of the specimen corresponds with the movement of micro-stage. Operational errors significantly reduced.

Features: It is horizontal structure, so it is convenient to measure axial work-pieces, and it has a long working distance. The up and down movement system and work table transmission both adopt the imported V-style straight-line guide, so transmission is very smooth and comfortable. Two kinds of illumination systems (high and low levels) can meet various illumination requirements of different work-pieces and materials. Reflecting illumination adopts fibre-optic transmission, so it has the characteristics of small volume, high-brightness and convenient operation Worktable is made of aluminum alloy material, so it is very light. Its multilayer coated Projection lenses provide high transmission and optimum contrast suitable for contour and surface in dimensional measurements and surface inspections. Its unique rigid pedestal system facilitates vibration free handling of components. Wide choice of accessories enhance the scope of applications in various fields. It incorporates both Eli & Diascopic illuminators designed on halogen bulb system to ensure brilliant projection on 200mm dia fine ground glass screen rotatable 360 with vernier reading to 1min. of an arc. The screen has cross and detachable clips to hold comparator charts. Its precision micrometer measuring stage is fitted with Rotary measuring stage. It operates on ball bearing guides fine micrometer reading to 0.01mm. Lifelong smooth movement is assured by the incorporation of hard steel rolling balls both in longitudinal and transverse slides.
