SAMPLE PREPRATION EQUIPMENT

(A) CUTTING MACHINE ACO-100 / 150 Abrasive Cutter is rugged, sturdy and designed to cut metallurgical samples to optimal quality consistently and safely. Cutting wheel spindle is connected with motor shaft by pulley and belt mechanism. The movement of cutting wheel towards the specimen is applied by handle fixed with motor base pivot spindle and the cutter unit is balanced by springs for smooth downward movement.

(B) POLISHING MACHINE Metallography Specimen Polishing Machine is designed and improved on the basis floor type double disk metallography specimen polishing machine. The appearance is changed from original floor type into cabinet type. This machine features nice appearance design, big store cabinet and cooling system (Which can clear up heat produced during grinding so as to prevent the metallography structure from being damaged). By equipping the motor with different rotating speed, It can meet the different demands of different materials when polishing. It is the ideal specimen preparing instrument for using in factories, scientific research institutes and laboratories of colleges.

(C) BELT GRINDER Polishing is an important process for the manufacture of metallographic specimens. After being polished, the specimens are favored with mirror like surfaces. Featuring stable running, little noise, easy handle and high efficiency, this equipment is suitable for the metallographic labs in the factories and research institutions.

(D) AUTOMATIC SPECIMEN MOUNTING PRESS This Machine is Automatic Mounting Press for metallographic specimen. It is suitable for all Thermosetting Materials, because of the cooling system. It can automatically finish with the heating temperature, the holding time and acting force. The operator can change 4 specification patterns according to the difficult specimens It can make 2 specimens at one time.
